Abuse of the system is when a webshop which is not a member of the foundation is using the logo. By notifying us of this fact we can make the online shop in question remove the logo from their site.
Unfortunately we cannot intervene in any disputes that you might have with this online shop.
Submitting a complaint means that you have a dispute with a foundation member webshop which you have not been able to resolve between yourselves.
for example, this may be related to undelivered products, payment issues, product returns, etc.
