Complaints and disputes


If you have a complaint regarding a Webshop Trustmark member online shop, you may complete the form below.


Webshop Trustmark shall examine your complaint and will try to resolve the problem. The foundation shall act to try and resolve the problem. If the member webshop does not resolve the problem in an acceptable manner, we may revoke the right to use the Webshop Trustmark logo. The webshop may also be temporarily deregistered. The deregistration will be reversed if the complaint appears unjustified or is resolved in a satisfactory manner. We may also decide to permanently revoke the right to use our quality mark (see Trustmark's Code of conduct).


Before submitting a complaint regarding a member webshop you must present your complaint to the webshop in question. If you do not receive a response within a reasonable period of time, or if no acceptable solution can be found for your complaint, you may submit your complaint to Webshop Trustmark.


Webshop Trustmark will only process your complaint if it is clear that your rights have been violated, or if your complaint calls into question the respect of your rights. If it is immediately clear that your complaint is unjustified (for example, if you conclusion or you point of view are contrary to the law or rights), we will inform you of this. If this is not the case, we will ask the webshop concerned to provide an explanation, and where possible we will encourage the webshop to offer a suitable solution for your complaint.
